CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations received by April 8, 2021 will be refunded at 100%. Cancellations after April 8, 2021 are non refundable. If the show is cancelled by show management due to Covid you will receive a full refund.
By signing this application the vendor agrees to release show management , John & Ann Fenton, Fenton's Collectibles, LLC and Relics Event Center from all claims from loss, damage, or injury to person or persons exhibiting or helping in booth. Vendor also agrees to abide by all state and local laws, including licensing and sales tax.
This is not a continuing contract. If the show is cancelled for any reason, this contract is null and void. The vendor agrees to release the show management from any claims for losses.
